How long have you been certified with NFPT?
Not too long ago—since Jan 28th, 2021.
Why did you choose NFPT?
I chose NFPT because of its credibility, and I liked all the resources that were advertised.
Why did you decide to become a fitness professional?
I love being able to give back and have a positive influence. Having the opportunity to take others to a place of better wellness and fitness that they weren’t able to reach on their own was a big motivation for me.
What is the biggest challenge for you as a personal trainer?
My biggest challenge right now is finding the time to take in clients and scheduling optimally because I still maintain another career outside of fitness.
What is your biggest accomplishment in the fitness industry?
My biggest accomplishment in fitness the fitness industry was helping a client lose 20+ lbs–a goal that they had been unable to attain on their own. It may not be the type of accomplishment one might list on a resume, but to this person, it was everything. And for that, I feel it was a huge professional accomplishment.

What has been your most rewarding experience as a personal trainer?
Similarly, my most rewarding experience was helping my client make a lifestyle change and take a positive grasp on their health. It’s very gratifying to help someone make a huge change in their life and be instrumental in maintaining that change.
How has social media played a role in your fitness business?
Social media has allowed me to get my content out and show the hard work and dedication that goes into creating a better “you” and inviting others along with you on that journey. It helps to describe what it is I do and what I can do for my clients.
What does the future hold for you and for the fitness industry?
You never know who you can inspire. The world needs more leaders and there will always be people willing to follow. I think of it as a responsibility to be one of those leaders and set a positive example of how to live a healthy life. My future is helping others reach their goal by being a leader from the front and modeling great habits spiritually, mentally, and physically
Is there anything else exciting you would like to share?
I believe that adversity and discipline is essential to building character. You have the strength to push forward as long as you believe in you!
