NFPT

Get your clients committed to their fitness goals. Boost motivation too! Ask questions that push your clients to think about exercise differently. Finding out WHY they want to exercise is important and so are the answers to these five questions.

In this episode we talked about:

  • What are your top two health/fitness problems?
  • What are your favorite activities?
  • What’s your greatest health strength?
  • What beliefs do you have about health and fitness?
  • What’s your ideal exercise environment?

Some of our viewers said:

Fitness problem, I always think 50 is the new 20. So sometimes I need to back off which is difficult for me to accept.

I like cooking, and blacksmithing, hike and walk our dogs.

Activities, I love dirt bike riding.
I love having the conversation of asking what activities are enjoyable for the client. Physical activities doesn’t necessarily mean exercising in a gym. Even if he or she plays a sport for leisure can be measured as a physical activity.
